Parent company of Subaru, Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI) announced that it is collaborating with IBM on a data analysis system that will use test images sourced from driver assistance systems such as Subaru's EyeSight technology. This could mean that Subaru’s EyeSight driver assistance system could team up with IBM’s Watson as part of a ‘connected car’ network, sharing data between cars and infrastructure along with communicating information to control centers and other cars.
