Polka dots have always been a favorite of mine (surprise, surprise), but there’s just something about this dress that rocketed it to the top of my Summer favorites list the second it arrived in the mail. Since by the time I moved into my apartment it was the end of October I didn’t really think about decorating it because I knew I wouldn’t be able to actually sit out there for months.
