Stanislav Skakun has run a personal biohacking experiment since 2014, measuring 565 biomarkers on monthly basis and managing dozens of personalized interventions simultaneously. Paul Stamets, glorious mushroom man of the moment, designed an incredibly thoughtful and strategic protocol that gets me very excited about the future potential of microdosing. , Stamets “stacks” psilocybin with Lion’s Mane mushrooms because they share the capacity to repair neurological damage and create new neurons and neural pathways, and they help potentiate each other when combined. Since this protocol is particularly aimed at neurogenesis, the hope is that it can help facilitate deep and lasting change in those who use it. It also has exciting and much needed potential in the realms of anti-aging and treatment for diseases related to neurodegeneration like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
📈 It is easier to sell to your existing clients so by using a value ladder, you can gain their trust with a low entry offer, and once they are satisfied with it, you can offer higher-end products or services to satisfy their needs. It also doesn’t have to start with something free and depending on your positioning you could start with higher-end offers. This is what a brand like Apple does with different types and ranges of products at entry points (iPad or iPhone Mini). Once you get inside their ecosystem, as their products give a great experience, you are more likely to buy an Apple product of higher cost/value (MacBook, iMac) because you trust the brand.
The Paycheck Protection Program can be a lifeline for businesses that qualify, but it’s not the only program available for business owners struggling during the coronavirus pandemic. Those who don’t meet PPP requirements may be eligible for grants and other financing, including state and local grants and other loan programs supported by the Small Business Administration. SBA Express loans, part of the 7(a) program, normally max out at $350,000, but the Economic Aid Act passed late last year temporarily raises the limit to $1 million from Jan. 1 to Oct. 1, 2021. The SBA will pay the first six months of principal and interest on loans approved between Feb. and Sept. Shuttered Venue Operators Grants offered through the SBA are reserved for theaters, live music venues, talent representatives and some museums, zoos and aquariums that can show a revenue drop of at least 25%.

There were times I'd put just $10 worth of gas in my tank, while other times $50. I've had just $5 to feed myself and I've also had $200 to go out to eat. I’ve had a house full of food and I didn't have any. I’ve been in stores cashing out with no worries and I’ve also had to add it up and put things back on the shelf. I’ve paid my bills in full and I’ve had to pay it late, too. I’ve given money and I too have had to ask for it. . . We all have highs and lows in life, some certainly more than others, but we’re all just trying to make it. . . No one is better than anyone else, and my heart is sad for those who think that they are. No matter how big your house is, how new your car is, or how much money sits in your bank account - we all bleed red and will fade from this earth.
