My name is Rhesa Teesdale and I’m the CEO of Prophet | Envoy, a local black-owned clothing business in Boston, Massachusetts. The purpose of the brand is to incorporate motivational quotes and Bible scriptures in urban-style clothing. Prophet | Envoy believes that it is essential for young adults to wear clothing that is not only stylish but sends a message of positivity and motivation for others to witness and support. Not too many black-owned clothing brands in the city of Boston are flourishing as we should be and this can be an opportunity for me to put Boston on the map as a base for up and coming clothing brands.
