These three layer mint brownies are 1 part delicious homemade brownie, 1 part mint frosting and 1 part chocolate topping.
Unless that brownie has a layer of mint of course.
Each of the steps is pretty darn simple, it just needs time to set in between, so I like to make them when I am home most of the day doing other things.
Once the brownies have set in the fridge, slice them with a knife and serve, but don’t be surprised if the entire pan vanishes pretty quick.
