There are lots of shops that offer consistently beautiful and functional goods but that can come at a high cost. Here's my recommended sources for budget friendly sources for pretty and useful home goods. Not much, but it does require some effort to weed through the thousands of listings and find those products that are beautiful. I find that Amazon has many items that are just okay and do the job as intended but they're not my first choice when it comes to aesthetics.

I've used many, many paint brands over the years, but when it comes to white paint, no one does it better than Benjamin Moore. Aside from choosing your paint colour, you'll want to consider the paint finish. At night, it does feel a bit warmer, but not as cream or yellow as the previous paint. Using a single white paint in a single finish (matte) creates a uniform feel.
