RANT: I do not appreciate the way MIT Academy is treating class of 2020. Other schools are finding ways to make their graduation fun. Some schools are doing a drive-thru graduation and are walking the stage. For Jesse Bethel, when the students came to pick up their gap and gown, the staff members had balloons giving their students to feel like they have graduated. But for MIT on the other hand, they didn't have balloons or any sort of celebration. The day I picked up my yard sign, they could've at least put our names on the sign to make it more special but no. Just Congratulations! When we had our senior meeting, their were some parents who got in meeting including my mom. Some parents gave good ideas, but the school refused every idea they suggested. Talking about it will be liability to do a drive thru graduation with us coming and getting our diploma. What about Jesse Bethel, the students walk the stage and were able to take pictures. Are they not part of Vallejo School district? I am infuriated by how MIT Academy is treating the seniors. You guys could've done a better job than this.
