The sweet potatoes and boiled corn added the sweet and nutty flavor to balance the tart and spicy flavors out. This dish is Asian inspired; there’s a large population of Asian people in Peru. This fried rice was soft, fluffy, with a few ingredients; it is a hearty and decadent dish for sure. This had shrimp, wontons, snow peas; this dish is similar to kung pao which is a Chinese dish.
