For those of you who may not know what The Whole30 is, I’m basically cutting out all dairy, grains, alcohol, legumes, and unnatural sugars out of my diet for 30 days.
I’m currently on Day 4 of The Whole30.
I’m remembering how much I genuinely like to cook and how exciting finding and correctly executing a new recipe can be.
and I will absolutely want some chocolate by day 20, but I’m excited for this month long journey.
