Luke and I are exploring Austin and Dallas, a trip we have been planning all year. Troy’s Dad was able to take Troy to the Junior Olympics. Troy worked all summer to qualifiyfor the in both shot put and discus. Unfortunately the weather has not been cooperating, lots of rain and t-storms, but, it is an amazing achievement to qualify for this event in his first year as part of the team.
Hotel 1928 in Waco was gorgeous and lunch was delicious! Dallas here we come!!!!! Grateful for our tour guide , Dawn❤️

Double medal day! 3rd place in Shot and Discus. PR’ed in Discus over 10ft. I think Troy feels like a proud guy! Thanks to Coach Beame for ALL of his dedication and support!

He looked like such a sweet guy but….. Boy he had a bark. Got a little too close kayaking in Half Moon Bay.
What a great morning ….kayaking in Half Moon Bay with Troy. We got a little close to this big guy (accidentally) and he barked at me!!! It was a little foggy but nice and cool. The Ocean Rat reminded me of my Dad…. Of course a drive through Half Moon Bay requires a trip to the cemetery. Miss them so much. Making memories…
Happy Heavenly Father’s Day to my Dad! It’s just been three months since you passed and I miss you more everyday. We had some good times… You were my hero…. Love you more… One day….we will be together again…
