HI TRAVELLER …Myself Ruma Dey Baidya lives in Kolkata with joint family. I have a daughter who is just 5 years old now. Photography and travelling is my passion from my childhood. Whenever I got an opportunity, I never missed it. I am not a solo backpackers, so we always try to do group travel.I prefer budget travel, it also helps me to save expenses.
As all we know that memories are not constant so I decided to document it. This website [HolidayStory] is dedicated to those who passionate about travel like me.
This Mandir 1 ½ km away from the Baba Baidyanath temple and 12 kilometres away from Jasidih station. Naulakha Mandir in Deoghar is easily connected by bus, car, rail from Jasidih Station and Deoghar station. Jasidih station to Baba Dham distance is approx 8 km via NH333. Deoghar station to baba Dham distance is almost 3 km via Deoghar Station Rd.
As you climb the stairs, you will see several temple and caves in Tapovan mandir. When you climb up by stairs you see various temples and caves, the calamity of the locals like guides, shopkeepers, puja merchants, Hanuman, food vendors, etc. Tapovan Pahar from Deoghar distance is almost 10 kilometres. On the fourth day of our Madhupur Deoghar trip, we left for Deoghar local side seen.
Trikut parvat is one of the most fascinating tourist attractions in Deoghar. Trikut Hill contains three picks and the highest mountain is 2470 feet from the sea level and about 1500 feet wide ground. Local people enjoy Trikut Parvat as a picnic spot. Trikut Hill Ropeway opening time is 8 am and closing time is 4 pm.
In Basukinath mandir the temples of Lord Shiva and Parvati are placed in front of each other as like Baidyanath Dham. Ram Janaki Vivah Festival is celebrated every year at Bisukinath Temple on Vivah Panchami. Deoghar to Basukinath railway station is about 45 kilometres away and its take 1 hour to reach. We visited Next day in the morning we check out from the hotel and reach Deoghar by local train in half an hour.
