I have compiled a list of herbal teas that I personally use to help deal with stress and lower anxiety levels.
The Wellness Tea is the first on my list because it is helpful for many areas such as boosting your immune system, easing your digestive system, controlling your blood sugar level, and most importantly, it is calming for anxiety.
This tea has ashwagandha root, chamomile, dandelion, turmeric, and lemon balm which are all-natural herbs that are designed to lower stress and ease anxiety.
But low and behold, peppermint is also good for calming stress and anxiety which can cause digestive and stomach issues.
