I remember when Yayo first came into my life… not as my own dog but loved all the same. He would chew up sunglasses if you left them out somewhere that he could reach… even got a hold of my glasses once. He was there through my pregnancy… laying his head on my bump and giving it a weird look when Ari kicked. He snuggled up with me when I was emotional and hormonal. He was so sweet and gentle with Arianna when she was l a baby. Showered her with kisses when she was a toddler. And over the years, he was always excited to see us. Even recently, at 15 years old, he perked up a bit and played with Ari just like old times. But today, I loved on him as he crossed over the rainbow bridge 🌈 I never knew I could love a dog that wasn’t even mine as much as I loved Yayo. I wish dogs could live forever because this absolutely broke my heart.
