For the 5th time in 2019 out of 7 races Kreitz Racing picked up the feature win. Dewease, in the Hess Iron – Schannauer Plumbing – Maxim Chassis also won the Morgan Cup race, that was postponed until July, last year and in 2016. The victory came after a heat race and dash win, which would line him up on the front row for the main event besides Donny Schatz. I’ve been getting up at 4am everyday to go out to the shop before work and working in the shop until 8 at night after work. Lance Dewease picked up his 3rd win of the season on Friday in only 4 starts to go 3 in a row. Kreitz Racing season debut at Williams Grove at few weeks ago ended prematurely with a DNF, but since then the team has recorded back to back wins – both of which had a post-race inspection. Last week, during All Star Sprint Car action, the 69K made a late race pass to pick up the $6,000 check for Dewease’s 111th career Port Royal win. Dewease started the night off at Lincoln by laying down a 2nd quick lap time in time trials, followed by a strong 3rd place heat finish.
