Hi! I'm Maryann. I am the founder of The Filipino Mom blog and a certified Life Coach.
What makes me unique? I am a busy mom of five who decided that staying silent about my mental health wasn't working for me anymore. I started The Filipino Mom blog in 2019 to create a safe place for other Filipinos to know that "it's ok to not be ok" and they are not alone. My current target audience is 1st and 2nd generation women of color. I am also very active with our Asian Chamber of Commerce and local church ministries. Taking care of myself has become an amazing journey and I strive to support others especially Moms to do the same thing.
