I’ve talked to so many clients who try to meal plan, but feel it’s too complicated, time-consuming or doesn’t fit their lifestyle.
That’s why I want to dive into a simplified meal-planning process that will have you shopping your pantry, saving time, money and reducing food waste!
For instance, if you have a lot of veggies in the fridge that need to be eaten, plan on making some of your dinners revolve around things like soup, salad, pasta sauce or fried rice – dinners that you can throw a lot of random items into, and still have it taste great.
But if you stick to it week by week, in three months, you’ll have more space in your pantry, you’ll be more intentional about your shopping, will save money and reduce your food waste.
