When you complete the workshops, you have an opportunity to achieve certification while using your powers for good. With the help of Team Coaches, Dr. K. Mischele Watson, Ms. Janeen Parrott, and Ms. Wanda Little-Coffey, each Cohort conducts a Social Design workshop for one of our nonprofit partners. Each cohort will identify and solve complex organizational or service delivery problems that are unsatisfactory for their beneficiaries. They will work with different nonprofits or solve various issues for the same nonprofit partner.
