My name is Katie and you may have seen me in numerous media outlets and even on the cover of magazines for my 150 lb weight loss. I decided to get healthy after I temporarily lost my vision due to a medical condition called Optic Neuritis. I originally created Huff 'n Puff to Buff 'n Tough to document my journey and life with losing weight. Now it has turned into a blog to not only continue documenting and sharing my journey and life with health and fitness, but now being an influencer and fit mom navigating life and trying to live my best life with my second chance!
I create all sorts of content from health and fitness to family, fashion, beauty, food and more. I have had the pleasure of not only working with numerous brands, but also being an ambassador for brands.
