I wish I had more than a few videos from my postpartum, but that’s reality I guess. I stayed (and begged to be) behind the camera because the thought of my kids seeing how sad I looked in videos ripped me to pieces. I hung on by a hair for so long. I’m finally starting to see sunlight again( at least I think so), light peak by light peak. I questioned my faith, questioned my existence, questioned my presence. I have so many demons I have to continue fighting off, PPD being the hardest one. But here I stand, fighting to stay. Fighting to feel the sun on my skin and see my children grow up.
