Big Mac Crunchwrap 🍔🌮 If a Crunchwrap supreme and McDonalds Big Mac had a baby…. This is next level sillyyyyy good. Anything in Crunchwrap form and I’m sold though tbh. INGREDIENTS - (MAKES 4 BIG MAC CRUNCHWRAPS) 1 pound ground beef Salt and black pepper 4 extra large flour tortillas Homemade Big Mac Sauce (comment “sauce” and I’ll send you the sauce recipe straight to your DMs) Sesame seeds 4 tostada shells 2 cups shredded lettuce 3/4 cup pickles, chopped 3/4 cup white onion, chopped 1 cup shredded cheese DIRECTIONS - 1) Using a large skillet or large saute pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until brown. Season with salt and pepper and crumble the beef into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon as you go, this will take 4-5 minutes. 2) Place the large tortillas on a flat surface. Add a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each tortilla – about the size of the tostada shell. 3) Then add Homemade Big Mac sauce on top of the meat and spread evenly. Top with sesame seeds then the tostada shell. 4) Top with the shredded lettuce, diced pickles and minced onions. Then add shredded cheese. 5) Tightly fold the edges of the flour tortilla towards the center of the tortilla, creating pleats as you go. 6) In the same large nonstick skillet or a small saucepan, heat oil. Add crunch wrap folded side down and cook until golden brown over medium-high heat. This should take 2-3 minutes. Flip over to other side and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. 7) Continue with the remaining 3 and enjoy! Gluten Free Crostini with Blueberry Spread And Cream Cheese

these crostini are the perfect combination of sweet, savoury, and are packed full of flavour in every bite! I had many other breakfast options like my Superfood Protein Breakfast Cookies and my Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Sheet Pan Pancakes but nothing with a bit of a savoury twist on it! I went a little light on the cream cheese for each slice to give it a good jam to cheese ratio but feel free to slap a thick slab of it if you prefer. I just love all of the different flavours and textures in these crostini: sweet, savoury, cheesy flavours.

Easy Vegan Breakfast Tacos

They feature tofu scramble, avocado, salsa and cilantro for a healthy, filling plant-based breakfast that’s quick and easy to make. this gives it the very "eggy" taste, however you can use regular sea salt instead Mash and crumble the tofu with a fork (or alternatively pulse a few times in a food processor until it is crumbled, making sure to leave some big clumps). Add the tofu to the pan, as well as the nutritional yeast, paprika, turmeric, garlic salt, chili flakes, black salt, pepper, and dijon mustard. Assemble your breakfast tacos with the Untortillas, tofu scramble, avocado, salsa, cilantro, and vegan chipotle mayo!

Healthy Homemade Twix Bars (vegan & Gluten Free)

Once your shortbread base is done baking, make your caramel layer by mixing cashew butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in a medium size bowl. Pour your peanut butter layer on top of the cooled shortbread cookie layer, and then place it in the fridge to solidify for about 30 minutes, or freezer for 15 minutes. Once the crust is cooled completely, pour the caramel filling over the crust and let cool in the freezer to set before topping with chocolate layer. Once the caramel layer is set, pour about HALF of the chocolate layer over the caramel layer.

I used dark chocolate chips, shredded unsweetened coconut and pumpkin seeds.
