I know a lot of people don’t always, my husband included. But for me, it’s not worth it. 🥴How many times have I hit my head skating? Not many but… 👌🏾Not zero. 🤕It’s just not worth it for me. I still have to work, make dinner, be my kids’ Uber driver…. I just can’t take the chance. Plus, I’m old! It takes me longer to heal! I recommend @triple8nyc helmets but @protec is also good For beginners, I recommend @triple8nyc or @187killerpads pad sets If you’re skating in a bowl, @187killerpads all day And @triple8nyc hip pads are great! Beginners fall a lot on their hips so these help so much! 😵‍💫 Is perimenopause kicking anyone else’s butt? 😵 I have been in this downward spiral of fatigue, brain fog, trouble concentrating, and completing simple tasks.
