Eat Gluten Free with Me is a health & wellness account I started on TikTok with the intention of creating a close-knit gluten-free community. It has since ventured onto Instagram & I have also started a podcast LIVE on all streaming platforms.

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Crohn's Disease, & IBS when I was 17 years old and I always struggled to find people that I could relate to and ask advice from when it came to living gluten-free. Instead of waiting to find my community, I built my own to help others in the same situation.

I have a fast-growing, niche audience on ALL platforming including TikTok, Instagram, & my podcast. My audience includes individuals dealing with Celiac Disease, chronic illness, Crohn's Disease, IBS, or just simply eating gluten- free.

My followers are highly engaged. Within the last 28 days, my account on Tik Tok has received 10K+ shares and 2.5K+ comments. My followers trust my opinion and ask for product recommendations that can help their lifestyle with illness. I provide personal product sheets based on the needs of individuals that reach out to me.

It doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be gluten-free :) Breakfast: Toasted gluten-free bread topped DF cottage cheese & blistered cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt and enjoy! Lunch: 1 chopped chocolate covered @gomacro bar over chia pudding (1 can of full fat canned coconut milk, 1⁄3 cup chia seeds, 2 tbsp maple syrup. Let it sit for 1 hour). Top your pudding with DF yogurt for extra protein and raspberries because they taste yummy. Dinner: Roasted purple potatoes with vegan chicken salad lettuce wraps (1 container of tofu, 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts, 1⁄4 cup vegan mayo, 1⁄4 cup cranberries, 1⁄4 cup celery, and MIX). Normal Lucky Charms (to me) are not Celiac safe 🥲 Their website states that extra grains of barley and rye are commonly mixed in with their oats during harvesting and processing. Original Lucky Charms sifts their oats to get them to contain less than 20 PPM of gluten. I only recommended consuming oats that are certified GF, aka less than 10 PPM to ensure the least amount of cross contamination.
