YARDS BRUNCHEON: THE PERFECT BRUNCH

It starts with their perfect location, right along the Centennial Trail, then you walk in and see their bright blue decor, then you try their kick-A dishes and BOOM… you’re a fan for life. From your breakfast favorites like eggs Benedict, pancakes and waffles to some more non-traditional dishes like breakfast fajitas and poutine, you’re sure to find a new breakfast favorite at Yards. The Ham & Cheese omelet came sprinkled with small chunks of ham and layered with swiss, cheddar, and goat cheese. Recipe for successful bite: Spread butter on waffle, put fat chunk of fried chicken on top, then dunk in maple syrup.

SHORT BUS BISTRO (CLOSED)

Short Bus Bistro is a couple of local entrepreneurs dream come to life. They refurbished an old school bus and turned it into a food truck serving up American burgers and fried chicken sandwiches, each with their own special spin. They love the Inland Northwest and work to create the best customer experience, made with fresh, local ingredients and a whole lot of passion and hard work. Short Bus Bistro is located in the parking lot of a gas station on Maple, right next to Maple Street Bistro.
