To end the perfect beach day, you can book a sunset cruise in Playa del Carmen by Moana or other boat booking companies. It is even more gorgeous to watch the sunrise as the colors reflect on the waters of Playa del Carmen, turning your whole view into a world of colorful magic. Little did I know that this viral Tik Tok Feta Pasta Bake video would cause every store in the universe to sell out of the Feta Cheese block. You can use whatever type of Italian seasonings you have on hand, or if you want to do it like the original, it's about 1/2 cup of fresh basil. The best part is, you can totally dress this up with fresh basil, extra cheese like Parmesan shavings, lemon and the zest, fresh parsley — or whatever you want to do to it. You will absolutely love this recipe for Lemon Lavender Macarons that my daughter and I came up with for #springsweetsweek. These Mint Oreo Cake Balls are full of delicious Oreo flavor and a hint of mint! I have made Birthday Cake Oreo Balls and Peppermint Oreo Cake Balls and now I get to add the Mint Oreo Cake Balls to the list as well. Once you remove them from the refrigerator, pour the entire bags of white and green melting chips into separate microwave-safe bowls and microwave in 20-second increments until the chips begin to melt. You can just use regular Oreos and add in 1/4 teaspoon of mint extract to achieve the same flavor.
