•Concealer a shade lighter than my skin tone on my lids and around my brows to clean them up. Then a dark copper color to the crease and outer V (medium color), a medium brown color to the crease and outer V (bottom color) as well but not as far in with this color as the copper. Then powder matching my skintone everywhere, a shade darker to contour (jawline, below the cheek area, hairline and side of nose) and a shade lighter to cheekbones, forhead and center of the nose. my eye lashes, use a clean eyelash brush to separate the hair, then black mascara to lashes and bottom.

I chose this hair color cause it was something different and its been a longgggg time since I got it done. The hair color is a ashy beige color, my roots are my natural hair color. I’m thinking I will go back to a red color in the near future (red is a good color for my skin tone and eye color). I stopped maybe a year or 2 after starting it, you know life got in the way and just no time or not sure what to post anymore.

I line my upper lashline with eyeliner and do mascara at the very end of doing all of my makeup. –for the eyeshadow colors I used a medium brown to my crease, outer V and a little bit to my inner eye. I wet my flat eyeshadow brush with water (seems to help the product stick with a good pigment color on the lid) with a shimmer pink color and only put that on my center lid. –foundation was a little bit light than my skin is now since I got a little tan on my face from this summer.

Since it’s officially September it’s time to start watching halloween/horror movies! Honestly I haven’t really done this in a while, and that’s because I’ve really started to use my Instagram as sort of a Micro blog. I’ve enjoyed just giving snippets of my day instead of trying to figure out what to post on my blog that would be worth reading. We get this idea in our minds that nobody would want to read something so random as a shopping trip or what you decided to eat that day. But I’ve come to realize; people like other people who are transparent!

For your standard or typical shadow brush, you don’t need it to be the size of your fingertip, however, you do want to keep the brush smaller for all blending and smudging. A fluffy brush can be a similar brush to your powder brush, however, this one should be just a little bit smaller. While your makeup brushes still alcohol or water on them, use your fingers to shape each brush into it’s proper shape. If you’re particularly short on time, gently brush your makeup brush along a paper towel until it’s dry.

I personally don’t feel like there’s a right or wrong way in which order you apply your makeup. A good quality applicator or having a good quality brush set is the most important thing regardless of If you don’t have a facial moisturizer that you use, you can try to just take a damp cloth and rub it lightly on your face before you apply your foundation. When you’re done applying your foundation while using water, moisturizer or face oil drops, you will be amazed by the flawless result that you will get.

Don’t just outright tell yourself you couldn’t pull it off. If you tell yourself that you can’t do something, well, that means you can’t do it. But if you’re just learning to feel confident in new things, it’s okay to take it slow. Don’t you feel so good when you’re comfortable?
