    I also love how versatile these are as you can sub out different nuts, seeds, and fruits depending on what you have on hand. They are the perfect cookie to enjoy for breakfast, snack, or any time of day! In a large bowl add in all of the dry ingredients (oats, flour, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, salt, cinnamon, baking powder) and mix until combined. *Can use any nuts/seeds instead of the ones I used *Can swap out the applesauce for mashed banana or pumpkin

    There’s nothing better than a sweet and fruity treat to enjoy on these warmer days, and it also helps that these are healthy, grain-free, gluten-free, and vegan. These use simple ingredients and are pretty easy to whip up. If you don’t have the mix, feel free to use any homemade granola recipe that can be pressed into a crust form, there are plenty of recipes on Pinterest! Simple and healthy ingredients + sweet mango = a winning treat.

    I keep seeing TikTok videos of yummy desserts, specifically chocolate chip cookies, and it made me CRAVE one. So, here I am with a grain-free version of the classic choco chip cookie that will save your gut (if you’ve got ~issues~ like me) or if you just want a healthier version of the classic cookie that still tastes delicious! If you ask me, that’s a win;) I’ve made a few recipes with chickpeas before You wouldn’t think they’d be yummy in sweet or dessert recipes but THINK AGAIN.

    Say hello to a super yummy and protein packed way to use up your zucchinis! This paleo zucchini quick bread is the perfect cozy bread to eat as a snack or toast and add some nut butter and make it a meal. The real question is, what’s not to love about zucchinis?! It’s so quick and easy for me to pull two pieces out to thaw and eat with some nut butter as a night snack or on-the-go in between my classes.

Made with gut-friendly, paleo-friendly, and nutritious ingredients, these are the perfect snack to have around all fall long! I would be content spending the day in the kitchen with the lovely pumpkin aromas filling the air and looking outside at all of the fall colors; makes my heart warm and happy. Baking fall treats like these paleo pumpkin blondies, can be the perfect family activity or way to spend your Saturday.

    Say hello to these dairy free gluten free Reese’s bar BEAUTIES! Using almond flour and gut-friendly ingredients makes these the perfect sweet treat everyone will enjoy. I absolutely loved the sweet peanut butter filling inside that decadent chocolate. These dairy free gluten free Reese’s bars are not only delicious, they are super easy to make as well!

A fun fact about me is that I absolutely love all things fall and the holiday season. One of my favorite ways to use it is in baked goods like these paleo bagels.

    Paleo Banana Pancakes – Hope and Hummus

    I love when I can use a recipe as a base and switch it up by adding different ingredients, such as fruit! I’ve added strawberries to a batch, blueberries to a batch, and even chocolate chips. It’s a nice way to add variety to your breakfast or meal without having to use a whole new fancy recipe. Throw some of those into the batter and you’ve got yourself some delicious blueberry pancakes!

    Perfect to slather on some nut butter for a quick snack or pop in the toaster and enjoy with some avocado or ghee. My mom used to always make me these on whole grain wheat bread but now as my body doesn’t tolerate wheat too well, I use this bread as a replacement. I still get to enjoy that satisfying and classic sandwich combo, just in a little bit of a different way. People seem to think that if you eat paleo or grain-free that you cannot enjoy bread but this is so false!

    Paleo Chocolate Energy Balls – Hope and Hummus

    These paleo chocolate energy balls are the perfect snack to give you some protein and satisfy that sweet tooth. To add the perfect sweetness to these energy bites, I added 2 packets of the SweetLeaf Stevia packets. You can add your own twist to these by using a different nut or nut butter, adding chocolate chips or different seeds, or adding a different flavor to them! These paleo chocolate energy balls are the perfect nutritious and delicious snack!
