We have two new products in our home from Toppin Technology, a stylish Touchless Sensor Soap Dispenser that allows anyone to dispense soap and wash up without touching anything (and thus not spreading anything- like COVID, the flu, a cold), and the Toppin Cordless Vacuum cleaner, a super light, super powerful cordless vacuum that cleans things up in the tightest corners in a snap. The Touchless Sensor Soap Dispenser looks great on our counter, and I love that we finally have a way to make our family (and sporadic guests) feel safer when they need to wash their hands. The boys have never been snowboarding before, so when we were invited to enjoy a day of skiing or snowboarding at Big Snow in East Rutherford, NJ, they were so excited. We didn’t even know there was a large, indoor snowboarding and skiing park so close to us in New York, but apparently lots of other people did, because the place was (safely, socially-distanced) packed on a beautiful November day when we headed out to Big Snow for snowboarding lessons. My younger son loved snowboarding so much that in no time, he was hustling himself up the moving sidewalk lift himself to keep snowboarding down the hill (a starter hill, for those who are learning and small children). The lessons, lift rates, and usage rates are surprisingly affordable, so your whole family can enjoy a day of skiing or snowboarding often, maybe learn a new sport, and warm up on the side with hot cocoas and snacks when they want a break.

Combined with 4C Panko (they are available plain and gluten-free), which are freshly toasted seasoned breadcrumbs made with a savory blend of herbs and spice, the creamy chicken pot pie casserole topping was a scrumptiously textured, toasted layer of seasoned wonderfulness, and it paired perfectly with the hot, filling, savory chicken pot pie filling… so good! When IEW revealed their newest program, Structure and Style for Students (a three level program loosely based on age and grade), I felt like the answer was here. They learned a lot more, and in Structure and Style for Students Level B Year 1, they will review Level A and continue on to units 8 and 9, where they learn how to write longer essays and formal critiques- important in middle school, high school, and beyond. The Structure and Style for Students program is available in Level A (for grades 3-5), Level B (for grades 6-8), and Level C (grades 9-12), with each level offering two years worth of lessons. If you are teaching your children as an adjunct to public or parochial school, or homeschooling your children, you would be able to use the program for all your children over the years, and would just need to purchase additional consumable worksheets if needed, but so far we haven’t needed to since the boys complete their work in their own spiral notebooks.

S. exchanges. This recommendation was made in the context of intensifying tensions between Beijing and Washington but is based on a legitimate, long-standing disagreement between the U. S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), whose mandate includes increasing the reliability of the financial audits of companies whose stocks trade on a U.S. exchange, and the Chinese Securities and Regulatory Commission, which has prevented the PCAOB from investigating whether Chinese accounting firms are adhering to U.S. standards when producing audits for Chinese firms with U.S. listed shares. The delisting of a security can be voluntary or involuntary and usually results when a company ceases operations, declares bankruptcy, merges, does not meet listing requirements, or seeks to become private. In the event that the Trump administration forces Chinese companies such as Alibaba and Baidu to delist from the U. S. exchanges, shareholders will still hold their shares.
