Welcome to my first blog post of the year! I had so much fun sourcing these pieces including the epic Van Gogh print that I had matted and framed. It’s crazy how much the surrounding decor transforms the look of an art piece. I currently live in NYC with my boyfriend Chris, our two cats and a rescue pup named Finn.

Here are some of my favorite vintage denim shorts that are currently available: When shopping for vintage denim shorts I always have my measurements handy in my notes on my phone to compare sizing. The best way to cook veggies in my opinion is to have the pan hot enough so when the veggies hit the pan they sizzle, this gives them a crunchy delicious texture and doesn’t make them mushy and blah! I like to cook mine half way and then add the onion to the same pan and cook them all together. i like to smear the guac on the bottom (you can also dollop on top) and sometimes I like to add a bit of vegan sour cream on the tortillas as well. Step 6: Once all of your ingredients are cooked you can start adding on top of the tortillas and guac.

Typically one would see me wearing a wide-brimmed black at, but lately especially in the warmer months I’ve finally branched out of my comfort zone and played with scrunchies and headbands! If your feet typically rub in a certain spot, they are going to probably rub there 10x worse in docs since they are made of leather. I just bought a new pair of Bethans so I’ll definitely be applying band-aids there ahead of time!Wear them around the house FIRST. Don’t expect to take your new docs for a ten mile walk the first week, it just ain’t gonna happen!When you initially wear them out bring a spare pair of shoes, sneakers or flats are best! What’s also great to do is once you use the balsam, move the leather around gently and massage it in the spots where it might particularly be rubbing your feet.
