I thought I would kick off fall with my simple fall porch. So as much as I would love to load up steps with those things I had to keep things a little more simple. With buying a new house this year and putting our money into other things like light fixtures and fences, keeping things budget friendly is a must! It adds warmth and a moody vibe which I love for fall.

I am currently sitting in a hotel room in Atlanta GA after evacuating form Hurricane Florence and I have such mixed emotions. Relieved to not be there during the storm, scared for our home

You can still use those wood slice chargers, and light blue pumpkins. On top I added faux olive branches, faux pumpkins, and candles. Or if you don’t have a good table runner and don’t want to go buy any. All you need is some olive branches (or whatever greenery you want to use), pumpkins and candles.

I should be holding my child in my arms any day now I couldn’t pretend like it was just another normal day. Instead I thought I would honor our little one by sharing our journey to getting pregnant with our first. I will share the rest of the journey in California eventually but for now I want to honor our first child.
