Easy Homemade Vegetarian Pizza

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted on my blog but thank goodness for this long Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. I’m happy to say that I’ve got a super easy homemade vegetetrian pizza recipe for you that will make your next meal a breeze compared to the Thanksgiving feast you had to make recently. Prep time for this Easy Homemade Vegetarian Pizza is only about 10 minutes and about 15-20 minutes cook time depending on your oven. One thing I love about this pizza recipe is that you can really add whatever ingredients you would like such as leftover meats, veggies you have on hand, or even any cheeses you wish.

Healthy Tuna Melt Sandwich

Welcome to my Foodie Adventures I’m a Sandwich Lover and I love finding healthier sandwich options using fresh ingredients. My Healthy Tuna Melt Sandwich is comforting with all of its cheesy goodness as well as healthy because of the bread I prefer to use. Plus, it’s a good source of complete protein, good source of Fiber, contains 18 Amino Acids, helps digestion, increases absorption of minerals, increases Vitamin C, increases Vitamin B. Furthermore In a middle bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Easy Vegetable Noodle Soup

Add vegetable stock (I also add one cup of water, optional) and reduce heat to low simmer, cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes until vegetables are almost tender. Add egg noodles, cover, and cook for additional 10-12 minutes. egg noodles (varies depending how much noodles you like in your soup) In a large pot over medium to high heat, add olive oil. Add vegetable stock (I also add one cup of water, optional) and reduce heat to low simmer, cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes until vegetables are almost tender.

Ultimate Fall Bucket List

Living in South Florida we don’t really get Fall weather like up North; however, the temperature does drop a little bit (not 100 degrees anymore)! Since Fall is my favorite season I try to do things during the season to get in the spirit although the weather doesn’t cooperate here. This Fall season I plan on making time to enjoy even the smallest of things like getting a Fall scented candle. I figured I would share my Ultimate Fall Bucket List with you in case you would like to join me.
