Meet Cute by Helena Hunting – Review

Meet Cute by Helena Hunting Forever Romance / April 9, 2019 Fiction, Contemporary Romance Add to Goodreads Support an Indie Bookstore and buy it at The Ripped Bodice Buy on Amazon Talk about an embarrassing introduction. On her first day of law school, Kailyn ran – quite literally – into the actor she crushed on as a teenager, ending with him sprawled on top of her

Blog Tour: You’d Be Mine by Erin Hahn

But unfortunately for Clay, if he can’t convince Annie to join his summer tour, his music label is going to drop him. Clay’s label wants to land Annie, and Clay has to make it happen. From the start fans want them to be more than just tour mates, and Annie and Clay can’t help but wonder if the fans are right. Note: Since I did promise an honest review, I want to tell you this book missed a couple of marks for me, and in the end just wasn’t for me.

Blog Tour: Gimme Some Sugar by Molly Harper

Even as her family and friends invade Lucy’s life and insist that the new widow is too fragile to do much beyond weeping, Lucy is ashamed to admit that life without Wayne is easier, less complicated. In need of a fresh start, Lucy asks Duffy to put his cabinet-building skills to use, transforming the town’s meat shop into a bake shop. Things don’t always work out the way you want the first time, but in this story our Hero and Heroine get a second chance to make it right. The love scenes are sweet and semi-closed door, Lucy is a baker and her creations will make you want to drop everything and run to the nearest bakery, and Duffy is such a sweet hero (even if he’s made some pretty idiotic choices in the past).

The Girl He Used to Know by Tracey Garvis Graves – Review

She’s anxious in social situations and she prefers the company of books over people (ok, so maybe she’s not so different, at least from me). I don’t like meeting new people or being in situations where I don’t know anyone, much like Annika. In addition to Annika and Jonathan, there’s Annika’s best friend Janice. She is also the author of Uncharted, Covet, Every Time I Think of You, Cherish, Heart-Shaped Hack, White-Hot Hack, and The Girl He Used to Know.
