That we start to see lots of wonderful occasions popping up into our diaries; whether it’s a family lunch, a garden party, wedding or Christening, it’s a great feeling when you can open up your wardrobe and pull out a tried and tested dress which always looks fabulous. Whether it’s someone twirling under a stunning bright pink magnolia tree, or a perfectly planned outfit shoot close to London’s most photographed Cherry Blossom tree, it’s too beautiful NOT to take some snaps with the blossom at this time of year. , I couldn’t give a hoot, because this weekend I made a trip to Stanley Crescent near Notting Hill, with a co-ordinating outfit all planned out, to shoot some photos here, and I have to admit, I think they’re my favourite photos EVER!

I snapped up the gold cutlery set rom M&S the second it went into sale, having had my eye on it for weeks, and this morning as Anthropologie announced the 20% off on top of sale , I added a load more pieces to my basket, collecting things such as bowls, serving spoons, mugs, even coat hooks, for absolute bargain prices. I also had a browse of La Redoute for some affordable cushions and crockery sets such as the earthenware collection above, and Oliver Bonas always has some beautiful pieces, but be quick – their homeware sale bargains are selling out at a speedy rate!
