Got Max in the car finally one day. I was trying to get him to tell me what he wanted to go get for lunch. Got lots of blank stares. When I ask if he wants certain foods, he often just repeats my words.
But we had done several puzzles over Christmas vacation and when I started on this one, it was kind of frustrating because we didn't have a space big enough to do it without it being in the way. And then, after the cats undid large portions of it several times, it seemed it would never get done. But thanks to the pandemic and quarantine, I had the time (ha) to finish it. Thanks to the cats thinking the half done puzzle was theirs for the lounging on.
And although Piper isn't a huge extrovert, she is use to school and friends, so boredom set in quick with her. Steve is still going in to work, as his office is small, but he is only meeting with clients over the phone. As church has been cancelled as well, we have an online meeting every other Sunday, and I'd love to continue pajama church forever ;) Oddly, the one thing I miss, is going to the gym, which I find kinda funny.
(going on 3).You still have 3 basic interests in life - the iPad (mostly YouTube), Peppa Pig, and french fries. And well, I am the one making the cake, and Max doesn't talk, so he can't tell me what he really wants, so... shark it I actually took over cupcakes for my mom, brother, and nephew who live close, so they could eat cake with us ;)Since we couldn't really go anywhere, we had a little playtime in the driveway He 'said' he was drawing Peppa Pig ;)I think the cats enjoyed the festivities as well.
