Andean Lodges, as the pioneering and most experienced outfitter in the Mt. Ausangate region, offers all-inclusive top-quality trekking tours that include meeting the local native people and their culture, and overnight stays at cozy ecolodges, facing imposing snowcaps and pristine glacial lakes. They range from our short 2-day/ 1-night Rainbow Mountain program (to world-famous Mt. Vinincunca), to our most wide-ranging program- the 7-day/ 6-night Trail of the Herders circuit, which includes overnights at all four of our delightful ecolodges. Our trekking programseach include trip planning, private bus transportation to the trailhead and return to Cusco, expert mountain guides, overnight stays at our outstanding ecolodges with all breakfasts and dinners served, snacks and lunches along the hiking trails, baggage transportation by llama caravan, first-aid kit and oxygen. Additionally, we offer pre-trek acclimatization programs in the Cusco area, where you can prepare for higher altitudes with short hikes to the best places to go hikingin the area, with guides or hiking mapsprovided.
