I’m not sure if you have heard of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. (It’s also the reason behind all of those pesky emails you have been receiving from every website and social media page you are subscribed to regarding privacy policy updates.) Since I collect emails and personal data to share my weekly newsletter, run giveaways, etc., this new regulation means my blog has to comply with these new privacy policies. While I do see this regulation as a very important step in the right direction for privacy protection, for a ‘lil blogger like me, I do not have the funds and time to get my blog up to their regulations (fines can be enforced if your site does not comply – yikes! )

I finally figured out the trick to the perfect lettuce wrap sandwich.
I know it may sound strange, but drinking raw, unpasteurized, organic vinegar has amazing benefits! I start my mornings off with 1 Tbsp of ACV, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and warm water. I also recently discovered Coconut Vinegar which is really nice alternative to apple cider vinegar with all of the same benefits. My favourite combination is 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8 ounces of warm water and a squeeze of lemon juice.
