It's FREE to visit (advised donation of £5 per adult) and a fantastic day out for the whole family. You can walk around the estate's beautiful gardens, admire the plants and flowers and check out some pretty cool sculptures too. It's free to visit but there is a recommended donation of £5 per adult. We visited in 2018 with a 2-year-old, 7-year-old, 9-year-old and 12-year-old and they all really enjoyed it.
Here's what I plan to pack in our theme park day trip bags this year - let me know if you have any suggestions too. Functions include:I use my phone to take a lot of photos during days out and also use theme park apps to check maps and ride queues and of course use my phone to stay in touch with Steve or the kids if we split up to go on different rides. My current phone is two years old now and there's no way it would keep it's charge all day. Rather than having to buy over-priced rain ponchos like we did at LEGOLAND last year, I'm going to be prepared if the weather should take a turn for the worse this year.
It's much faster paced than regular air hockey and is a 4 player game so the whole family can play (well the whole family + one photographer). The kids had around £15 each to spend and we spent 3 hours at Coral Island The beauty of Coral Island being free to visit is that you can spend as much or little time and money here as you like. At Coral Island, there's the chance to win tickets on the 2p machines too and there's plenty of change machines if needed.

I'd recommend booking a time slot for this experience at the end of the day and doing this instead of buying something from the gift shop as it is a lovely momento plus if you do it at the end of the day, you don't have to carry the teddy around with you all day. Whitehouse Farm isn't just an option for a sunny day either, there's loads to see and do when the weather's not so great ( check out this post for more info ) and they run fantastic birthday parties too.
