“New Year, New Me”

You watch tv, snack all night and sometimes don’t make it to bed because you are so tired you fall asleep on the sofa. It’s nearing the end of December and you’ve decided in January you will transform yourself into a new person. This is one of the main reasons why people fail to implement the changes to their life in the New Year. New Year, New Me” to “New Year, Better Me” Set small goals which will add quality to your life but don’t ever feel you need to change who you are.

ATTITUDE

5 THINGS have happened in my life that I can really pinpoint and say – if my attitude had been different when I was going through that situation the outcome of my life would be totally different to how it is now. I am so fed up blah blah cry, complain, feel rubbish, eat rubbish, put on weight, feel more rubbish, I miss the gym, I feel so SAD, NOW time to boss some pull ups and single leg box jumps (JOKE please don’t ever only train one side of your body for a long period of time, it ain’t big Working a 40 hour contract plus 30-40 clients a week was not working out.

Working Out But Not Seeing Results?

This is a good way to keep moving (and burning more calories than you would if you took a full rest day) while still giving your body a break from strenuous activity. This might sound counterintuitive, but if you’re working out so much that you’re feeling burnt out, you may not really be getting much out of some of those workouts. If you’re hitting the gym every single day and feeling exhausted, take a day off, get some rest, and see if you have more energy and stamina during your next workout. You’re way more likely to be consistent and stick to a workout routine you actually like and have fun doing – although that doesn’t mean it should feel easy!

5 Things To Do When You Feel Like Giving Up

No matter how successful you are in life, business or relationships, success doesn’t give you immunity to feelings and we all have days where we feel like giving up. Over years of building my business and training towards fitness goals, I have identified the 5 things main things I always need do when I feel like giving up. If you believe that you cannot do something and find yourself saying “I can’t” try changing your thoughts to “at least I can try”. Once you try to make a change or find a solution to problems in your life, don’t give up if the first solution doesn’t work.
