It’s beginning to catch up to me, so it’s time to get healthy before it’s too late.
This year I’m aiming to get in 5 work outs a week, which may seem impossible but I’m including any physical exercise over 30 minutes, so hopefully it shouldn’t be too hard.
It’s a hard thing to wrap your head around because while you want to be included and go to events and enjoy yourself, you also don’t because it’s draining and hard and so not my thing.
This is also the first year I’m going to have to juggle full-time work, school and the rest of my life, so I really tried to keep my goals simple and attainable.
