Oh and focus issues creep up when I am trying to read a book, like get into it a new book that I so desperately want to read, but for some reason it sits beside me on the couch, but my phone just takes up too much of my attention. It is nuts that the last thing I do before I sleep is check my phone, I could use this time for reading or just relaxing and unwinding. That way I don’t keep my phone on my bedside table, and don’t check it first thing in the morning. This might be a way to motivate yourself after finding out how many countless hours you spend on your phone which can be used for reading, working out, picking up a new hobby or spending quality time with family and friends.
This is a chemical free sunscreen with SPF 47 – this is more than enough for your daily sun exposure! It contains argan oil and green tea to soothe and nourish the skin and also balance your skin-tone. This will not deliver a white cast, just make sure you massage it into your skin. I can wear this on its own during the summer months when my skin is more combination, but in the winter I would layer this on top of my face cream.
I loved going to the MAC Cosmetics counter and asking the girl to help me find a lipstick shade, and of course you wouldn’t just buy a lipstick, you would get the matching lip liner and of course lip gloss as well. I like to pair this lip colour with MAC Lip Pencil in the shade Soar for a perfect matching liner, and a neutral lip. If I want to emphasize the pink in this shade, I will line my lips with the MAC Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in the shade I actually pair it with Soar for a very nude pinkey look, and if I want a slightly darker look, I use the MAC Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in More to Love.
If you haven’t heard about Bite Beauty, well they are a Canadian lipstick brand, and all their products are handmade in Toronto, Canada. Bite Beauty has a few different types of lip colour, I have tried the Multi-Stick, the Amuse Bouche Lipstick and the Lip Crayons. My favourites would have to be the Amuse Bouche Lipstick and the Lip Crayons. The lip pencils contain antioxidant resveratrol, which fights free radicals for long-term antiaging benefits.
