Urrutia is dedicated to spreading the word about Magic City and its cocktails. When not at work as the single-malts ambassador for Bacardi, he runs drinks consultancy Drinkable Miami and organizes Drink Miami Hostel, an annual cocktail event going into its fifth year at the historic Freehand Miami hotel.
