Hello everyone, My name is Michelle Sim, a bartender living in Las Vegas, Nevada but originally from the Honolulu, Hawaii. I have been in the food and beverage industry for about 15 years and behind a bar for 9 years. My love for bartending started in Los Angeles, California where I resided for 8 years. From Hooters of Hollywood to an upscale pool lounge in Beverly Hills, I experienced many different levels of hospitality. I moved to Las Vegas about 4 years ago to expand my knowledge and growth in the food and beverage industry. I am very fortunate to be mentored by Francesco Lafronconi, director of mixology for Southern Glazer of Wine and Spirits and Creator of Mr. Coco Las Vegas.
