Not too long ago I was overweight and out of shape! I took it upon myself to change my lifestyle and my eating habits and that's when I found Keto. I did tons of research and created multiple meal plans that I followed as well as creating a workout plan for the gym. This allowed me to lose over 60lbs.
Now I'm not only am I still working on my body but I'm helping others to do what I did. So I guess you can say I'm a fitness and nutrition enthusiast turned coach.
That's when this all came about.. .
I created my KETO Fit Trainer blog as a community where we can all share and learn more about the benefits of the Ketogenic lifestyle and other life hacks for busy people.
