Summer is over and the girls are finished with their first 6 weeks of @britishswimschool lessons 🏊‍♀️ both have gained so many new skills but the most thing they have gained is confidence! Confidence in and around the water has lead to them being more confident in their everyday life. today i am officially 400 days sober 🧡 I gave up drinking alcohol last april as part of the 75 hard challenge. when i was halfway through, i realized how happy i was without alcohol so i planned to continue with sobriety once the challenge was over. during my last weeks of 75 hard, i found out i was pregnant so i obviously continued to abstain from alcohol. today, Owen is 12 weeks old and I haven’t had any alcohol still! i don’t know if this is forever, but for now I am happy without alcohol. if you are sober curious, send me a dm.
