SALT AND PEPPER CRISPY CHICKEN BITES π #ad these flavorful bites are so good! Pick up your @mccormickspice and get cooking. Recipe below! β¬οΈ Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika Vegetable oil or avocado oil, for frying Green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish) Honey mustard, for dipping Instructions: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed. Dredge each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Place the coated chicken on a plate or wire rack. In a large skillet or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350Β°F (175Β°C). You want enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan with about 1/2 inch depth. Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use tongs to flip the chicken pieces halfway through cooking. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. While the chicken is still hot, sprinkle additional salt and pepper over the fried chicken bites to taste. Toss the chicken gently to coat evenly. Transfer the salt and pepper fried chicken bites to a serving platter. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions. Serve immediately with honey mustard on the side for dipping. #mccormickpartner #crispychicken #chickenbites #saltandpepperchicken #friedchicken #lunchidea #quickandeasyrecipe
