The show was held on a grey autumnal day in Paris, and Karl ensured that summer stuck around and managed to spirit the Paris Fashion Week crowd to an idyllic beach-escape. Inspired by Lagerfeld’s childhood years holidaying on the island Sylt, the clothing matched the theme’s youthful joie de vivre.
