In celebration of Easter, today I share with all of you this super easy recipe on how to put together colorful and fun cupcakes filled with Jelly Beans! I decorated these treats with Peep marshmallows, but you could easily adapt this recipe for birthday parties and/or other special occasions. In order to make these cupcakes quickly, I used cupcake mix from a box (Betty Crocker's Funfetti to be exact! ). You will also need frosting, food coloring, jelly beans, Peeps, and colorful sprinkles.
