After spending three days in Legoland Florida and staying at the Legoland hotel with three kids, I can honestly say Legoland Florida is amazing! I really don’t understand the mixed reviews it’s received, so today I wanted to share our Legoland Florida review. My six year old son has been obsessed with legos since he was old enough to successfully put two pieces together
Every book I’ve read has a variety of tips on how to do nap time, but I haven’t found a source that gives step-by-step instructions on how to teach baby to take good quality naps every day. I’ve received tons of questions about how we get our babies to take naps for 2-4 hours a day, so I’ve finally taken the time to type up exactly how we teach our babies to nap. It explains exactly how we taught our babies to take good quality, predictable naps every day. We also discuss how much baby sleep time is appropriate for each age based on current medical recommendations, how to choose a nap time routine for your family, the exact nap time routine we use for our babies, what to do when baby won’t sleep, how to take naps on the go, and how to deal with times when baby is not sleeping normally due to teething, travel, or post-vaccine recovery.
One of the most common conversations I hear new moms having is how long it takes to feel normal after a baby joins the family. Feeling normal after a baby joins the family is more about establishing a new normal than feeling normal again. I believe mental recovery from having a baby is strongly linked to baby sleeping through the night. For me, it’s accepting the new normal after a baby joins the family instead of going back to the normal I had prior to that baby.
My husband has been saying he’s going to learn how to cut boys hair and give our sons’ their hair cuts since the day I found out I was pregnant. He bought this inexpensive, semi-professional hair cutting kit a few months ago and within days cut my oldest son’s hair. These pictures are from our oldest son’s third hair cut done by his dad and our baby boy’s first haircut. To cut our oldest son’s hair my husband uses the size three clipper that comes in the WarmLife hair kit.
