When you doubt your own abilities and you obsess over the end result so much you’re more likely to not do the tasks that honestly are easier to begin with. Some tips to beat procrastination: ⭐️ focus on one task of the project instead of everything that needs to be done ⭐️ change your mind to “what if it does work out?” from “what if it doesn’t work out?” ⭐️ more than 90% tasks are about getting it done instead of getting it done perfectly ⭐️ the outcome isn’t in your hand, only the task is.
