the only thing I have never liked of fall (only one thing, I swear, because I am such a big fall's lover! ) is not to be able to enjoy salads as much as I do in the warmer months (even though last year I posted THIS fall-inspired salad). In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, add the olive oil and garlic clove until golden Add mushrooms and continue stirring, until soft (c.10 minutes), then set aside to cool down for 1 minute In the meantime, mix the greens in a large bowl, with half can of red beans, keeping the rest for garnishing later In a small glass jar, mix the ingredients of the dressing and stir well Pour half of the dressing in the salad bowl and mix Divide the salad in bowls or plates and top with Brussels sprouts and mushrooms Add the remaining red beans, the dressing and sprinkle some dill if you like! Si bellezze, sono una di quelle che amano le liste! un’arte che una scienza e che non esista perciò la regola o soluzione perfetta per tutti. Ad esempio, ogni volta che scrivo le attività che ho intenzione di completare in una giornata, aggiungo qualcosa di sfidante e che difficilmente riuscirò a completare entro fine giornata. Questo mi aiuta ad essere il più efficiente possibile e, se no ci sono fattori esterni che compromettono il mio lavoro abituale (call, meeting inaspettati...)
