Time blocking certain things can help keep you on track more and I feel it helps not to let yourself get carried away for longer than you need, setting a timer on your phone could help too. To stay on track I now keep everything in the one place that I feel like for that week, so maybe the google calendar, my notebook, the notes on my phone or in a specific app? So for the month it’s good to set some important goals for each week. Enroll to study on a course, learn a new recipe, book in your driving test, start your own blog…think of some goals that are important to you and that are going to get you to where you wanna be in life.

Morning Habits That Will Change Your Day

Having a good morning routine can set the tone for the rest of the day, It’s all about creating new habits that are going to set you off for a good day and improve your life overall. In this post I’m gonna run through some simple habits I would recommend adding into your morning routine and that I like doing myself. The thought of exercise sessions in the evening makes me feel tired and even a little restless (I’d prefer to get my workout finished early in the day so that it’s not on my mind). When you then look back at your day and realise how much time you’ve actually wasted just re organising the same things in your head and changing you mind 100 times and then going to bed, not being able to sleep! Being outside in general I find is the place where you can get most inspired and the fresh air can help clear your mind free of all the many thoughts. It just boosts your overall mood so it’s going to leave your brain in a much better state of mind to be figuring things out.
